Supplied in thicknesses from 0.03mm to 6mm, our copper strips are available for immediate supply on an ex-stock basis. Copper strip is a malleable product which benefits from high thermal and electrical conductivity. Heat dissipation in copper is superior to other alloys, including aluminium. Copper strips offer high tensile strength combined with excellent corrosion resistance and benefits from a high degree of dimensional stability. Copper is also non-sparking and non-magnetic. Predominantly, the product finds extensive use in the global electronics sector.

In recent years, the lithium battery industry has developed rapidly, and the market has higher and higher requirements for lithium battery life and fast charging performance.

To meet market demand, KINMACHI has launched a series of lithium battery solutions.

These solutions include optimizing the alloy selection of Battery Tabs, Meduim-High power switch for battery, Flexible Voltage Powered Logic Terminals for Battery, optimizing resistance welding processes, targeted selection of electrode rod materials, and improving the design and application of tooling fixtures, aiming to improve the overall performance of lithium batteries and meet the industry’s requirements for high efficiency, safety, and durability.

Battery Tabs

We could provide not only metal parts for battery tabs ,but also the following alloy strips.

Alloy selection:

  • Cu-Ni-Sn Alloy: NB109 C19025 / MF202 C50710
  • Pure nickel strip: NC-Ni(Ni200)、LC-Ni(Ni201)
  • Cu/Ni Clad: KN-1、KN-5
  • Ni/Cu/Ni Clad: KN-2、KN-3、KN-7、KN-8
  • Other alloys with higher conductivity: KM203A、KM244、KM294
Meduim-High power switch for battery

We could provide not only metal parts of Meduim-High power switch for battery ,but also the following alloy strips.

Working environment

  • Current:50A-60A
  • Temperature:Below 90°C
  • Working temperature:40-50℃
  • Type of welding and welding temperature:soldering, solder wire flux.
    The soldering temperature is 300℃.

Alloy selection:

  • CuSn0.15 CW117C R420 T0.8mm*W silver plating
  • CuSn0.15 CW117C R360 T0.8mm*W Tin plating
    Conventional switch:
  • C50710R-1/2H T0.4/0.5/0.6/0.8mm
  • C19040R-H C51100 T0.4/0.5/0.8mm
